  • We may revoke or suspend API access at any time for abuse, suspicious activity, or breach of these terms.

  • You may use the Services only for lawful, non-commercial or agreed project activities.
  • Do not: attempt to reverse engineer services, bypass security, harvest data, spam, or deploy the Services in a way that
    violates laws or third-party rights.
  • Respect rate limits and usage quotas. Excessive usage may result in throttling or suspension.
  1. Intellectual Property
    All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the site are owned or licensed by Society for Public Education, Cultural
    Training & Rural Action.
    You may not reproduce or redistribute without prior written permission.
  2. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
  • Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount you have paid us in the
    prior 12 months, or INR 10,000 if no payment occurred.

    We may suspend or terminate accounts, API access, or services for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.
  2. Changes
    We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
  3. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Alwar, Rajasthan.
