Through this project SPECTRA organization provided Techno Managerial Skills to Rural, uneducated and socially and economically weaker woman of Alwar, Rajasthan.
In this project we ensured that economically backward families, women, SC/ST, Underprivileged people can take part in the planning and implementation process of the project. This was aim to develop water resource centre rural areas.
Under this programme, practical skills provided to 100 rural youth such as engine repairing and motor binding course offered to them.
Under Swawlamban Scheme 100 widow and SC & ST women were benefited. Its basic objective is to provide training and skill to women to facilitate them obtains employment or self-employment on a sustained basis.
Under the Programme, 1000 Adolescent girls were imparted life skills training to enable self‐development and empowerment of them.
200 Asha Sahyogini have been trained of under the programme for better improvement in their work. The training was of 7 days in which 25 women were in each batch.
Spectra is also running LWE (Learning with Earning) programme in which 10th and 12th passout drop out rural students are providing further education facilities by enrolling them in various kind of training programs. Under this program On the basis of selection criteria, we provide them skill development course (Polytechnic) as well as placement opportunities.
The aim to start this program was to educate SHG women regarding their day to day life’s financial management
SPECTRA Organization organized a 13 days training program for those 30 women who are member of Self Help Group and also interested to participate in this training. The training is funded by NABARD under their Micro Enterprises Development Program on Bamboo and Cane Craft Making.
SPECTRA has conducted different capacity building training and workshop at Kasturba Gandhi Valika Vidyalaya in Alwar Bharatpur. Aim of these workshops was to provide capacity building training on WASH (Water, Sanitation, Hygiene) to the teaching and non teaching Staffs of KGBV Schools.
